In case you haven’t noticed, we are kind of obsessed with matcha tea. Matcha has so many health benefits, which you can read about on our House of Matcha blog post here. While we love grabbing matcha on the go at some of our favorite coffee shops, we also love to make it in the comfort of our own homes. That’s why we are sharing our favorite recipe for making your own homemade iced Matcha latte.
Here’s what you’ll need:

Matcha (I use this Cold Brew Matcha Powder from House of Matcha, which has been freeze-dried, enabling it to be dissolved in cold water)

1/4 cup filtered Water

3/4cup milk of your choice (I use unsweetened soy milk)

A splash of Vanilla Extract

Optional: add a sweetner of your choice (I use this stevia or honey)

Blender (love my Magic Bullet!)
Add matcha, water, milk, and a splash of vanilla to blender and mix for 30-45 seconds. Sweeten to taste. Pour over ice & voila!
