We are T-minus 86 days away from our wedding! Over the last few months, we have focused on planning and now the FUN stuff begins…bridal showers & my bachelorette party!! Since I’m from DC and I live in Boston, I am lucky enough to have two bridal showers – one in DC and one in New England. My future mother in law is the absolute sweetest and offered to throw me a shower on Cape Cod in August…I cannot wait!! She has gone above and beyond and I really am so lucky to have such a close relationship with her <3. In DC, in September, local family and friends are throwing me an Amalfi Coast themed shower because I am more than obsessed with Capri & all things lemons! I’m soooo excited for both and I am counting down the days!
I decided to go start my “little white dress” search at David’s Bridal because they have pages and pages and a million different dazzling designers! I mean…how amazing is this designer line-up – White by Vera Wang, Karl Lagerfeld Paris, Tadashi Shoji and Fame & Partners? SWOON! I found David’s Bridal to have really well-made dresses/jumpsuits that looked super expensive but weren’t going to break the bank…weddings are expensive for everyone – there are tons of events, even before the wedding, that require travel, gifts, clothing…the list goes on. You want to feel and look your best, you’re getting married after all, but you still can’t blow your budget.
I love the Fame & Partners jumpsuit – it is the perfect material. You know how some white jumpsuits can be see-through? This one has thick fabric but not thick enough that it is heavy.
