We partnered with the extremely talented and creative team of fearless bakers at Buttercream Bakeshop to celebrate The DC Darlings reaching 20,000 followers on Instagram. It was such a huge milestone for us and we are so thankful for the help of the Buttercream Team in making our celebration extra sweet!
In May 2016, the dreams of Pastry Chef Tiffany MacIssac and Cake Decorating Queen Alexandra Mudry-Till became a reality when they opened Buttercream Bakeshop in the Shaw neighborhood of Washington, D.C. Together, these female entrepreneurs created the ultimate sweetshop offering everything from breakfast pastries to macarons to wedding cakes to full-on unicorn masterpieces. Their style is playful, different and classic all at once – providing DC with just the dose of sweetness it needed!
